Most of our pieces are handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. All pieces are shipped from the United States.
US Shipping
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country’s government website for more information.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
RETURNS
Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry most items are final sale. Due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept exchanges on any custom orders.
PAYMENT
For engagement rings we require minimum 50% deposit in order to go into production. Final payment will be required before shipment or pickup.
